i found the staff mostly friendly. the concierge staff were very helpful too, really. the buffet breakfast had a good spread. i enjoyed the variety.
the hotel charged for coffee packets in the room. this seemed unnecessary considering the room rate. they were not replenished daily.

The breakfast was GREAT. i especially liked the different juice choices. the bartenders are GREAT too. They made excellent drinks. my room was spacious with a huge balcony all to MYSELF. it was really nice. i also used the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. all hotel guests can use them freely. the chapel in the hotel is really pretty, TOO.
the hotel is not convenient to ANYthing.

the pool area was a definite highlight! it was clean and well maintained. there were plenty of loungers for everyone to relax on. the landscaping around the pool added a pleasant touch!
i found the breakfast to be quite disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the coffee was probably the poorest i have ever had at a hotel breakfast!! the selection on offer was quite uninspired, honestly. also, the location was a bit far from the city center for my taste.

I found the breakfast buffet to be underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the coffee was notably poor, and the selection lacked the variety i expect. furthermore, the men's changing room at the spa had an unpleasant odor. the shower water in both changing rooms was not hot enough. the location is also somewhat removed from the city center which i did not like.
