mixed experience at a historic hotel
poor coffeeunpleasant odor
I found the breakfast buffet to be underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the coffee was notably poor, and the selection lacked the variety i expect. furthermore, the men's changing room at the spa had an unpleasant odor. the shower water in both changing rooms was not hot enough. the location is also somewhat removed from the city center which i did not like.

the main building and garden were wonderfully excellent. the staff was friendly and provided efficient service. i felt it was a special treat to be here.
my room lacked an iron, and requesting one proved unsuccessful, inconvenient.
